Who knew how quickly we would all come to love Kolya?
Who knew how much we would miss him when he was gone?
Who knew how boring it is to go the speed limit without Kolya constantly urging us to go faster on the highway ("No Polizia, Daddy! Go, Go!")?
Who knew?
God knew.
And now we know.
And we will be doing everything we can to bring our son home to us soon.

Like I'm not already emotional enough today!!! That just turned the water works back on! I'll be praying for you guys as you go through all the hoops that is "international adoption."
We will be praying as you start this process. Wish we could have met him this trip. I know this is incredibly hard on all involved. Love you guys. The Lord knows your desire.
I know how you feel about the Lecrae blaring in the car. We listened to the same cd for 7 hrs all the way to OHare on departure day... when we left the airport, it was so much more quiet. :(
